Phillip (Phil) Alfred Baldwin

Phillip (Phil) Alfred Baldwin, 86, of Holiday Island, Ark., passed away on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017, of natural causes. He was born Nov. 17, 1930, son of R.B. and Alice Baldwin, in Keokuk, Iowa.

Survivors include: Lorraine, his wife of 51 years; four children. Charlotte Baldwin (Scott Kalberer) of Ames, Iowa; David Baldwin (Linda) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Rachel Baldwin York (Jerry) of Manchester, Iowa; and Daniel Baldwin (Anne Ylvisaker) of Monterey, Calif.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was predeceased by his four sisters, including his twin, Phyllis. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1948, serving two years. He then served in the Army Reserves for 20 years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19 at Faith Bible Church in Holiday Island.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville.
