Security Bank announces board additions, retirements
Sater honored for 30 years on the board
Jon Horner, President of Security Bank of Southwest Missouri, recently announced the addition of Dr. Brent Herrin, Bobby Ennes and Troy Green to the bank’s Board of Directors.
They replace retiring directors, Eric Fields and State Sen. David Sater, R-Cassville.
A reception was held in the new and retiring directors' honor on June 28 at the bank, with cake and punch. Sater was also presented with a plaque to honor his 30 years of service to the board.
Herrin, Ennes and Green are long-time residents and business professionals in Barry County. Herrin owns and operates Herrin Animal Hospital in Cassville and Monett; Ennes is co-owner of Seven Valleys Construction in Cassville; and Green is plant manager of George’s Poultry complex in Butterflied.
“We are excited about the addition of Brent, Bobby, and Troy to our bank board," Horner said. "As native Barry Countians, they truly understand the people and communities we serve and the importance of a responsive community bank."
Fields joined the bank board in 1998, serving 19 years, and Sater had served 30 years, joining in 1987.
“We sincerely appreciate the commitment and contributions to the bank board by Eric and Dave," Horner said. "They have been valuable partners in the growth and commitment of Security Bank in Barry County during their tenure on the bank board.”
