Every dining room was packed at the Emory Melton Inn & Conference Center on Easter Sunday, when area residents lined up to enjoy the centerís traditional Easter buffet, consisting of all-you-can-eat fried chicken, baked ham, baked Whitefish, candied yams, green beans, Italian vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls, a salad bar and assorted desserts. Many families an enjoyed a special Easter Buffet on Easter Sunday at The Emory Melton Inn & Conference Center at Roaring River State Park. The center has been offering the buffet since 2005, when it opened, David Waugh, concessions manager, said the fit for a king, buffet-styled meal consisted of all-you-can-eat fried chicken, baked ham, baked Whitefish, candied yams, green beans, Italian vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls, a salad bar and assorted desserts.
