Governor orders flags to half-staff on Thursday
Gesture to honor deputy who died in line of duty
Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens has ordered that the flags of the United States and the State of Missouri at all state government buildings in the counties of Barry and McDonald be flown at half-staff on Thursday in honor of Master Sgt. Carl Cosper, of the Barry County Sheriff’s Office.

Under Greitens’ order, U.S. and Missouri flags at state buildings in Barry and McDonald counties will fly at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, the day the funeral services for Master Sergeant Carl Cosper will take place.
