Several crafting activities for children were offered during the library’s Bunny Bash event for local families.

Mom Tina Pointer took Haylee Pointer, 4, and brother Ryan Pointer, 2, of Wheaton, to a Bunny Bash at the Cassville Branch Library Thursday, which featured fun crafts for children, snacks and a visit with the Easter Bunny. One of the crafts children made was a personally-crafted pinwheel. Julia Kilmer/reporter@cassville-democrat.com

Verlee Roark gives Isaiah Miller, 1, an introduction to the Easter Bunny, who was a little leery of the large bunny at first, at the Cassville Library’s Bunny Bash event on Thursday. After getting a closer look, he could see the bunny wasn’t so scary, after all. Julia Kilmer/reporter@cassville-democrat.com
