Mayor candidates, city admin speak at Breakfast and Ballot Issues

The two candidates for Cassville mayor and the Cassville city administrator spoke Thursday morning at the Breakfast and Ballot Issues event, sponsored by the Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce. City Administrator Steve Walensky, left, spoke to the crowd about the $11 million water and sewer bond proposal on the ballot Tuesday. Incumbent Mayor Bill Shiveley, right, and challenger Colby Lowe also answered questions provided by the chamber, both citing flooding and sewer line issues as areas most in need.
