Man charged with felony after shooting Trike
Seligman resident being held on $40,000 cash bond
A Seligman man is facing a felony and two misdemeanors after allegedly shooting a victim's vehicle after an argument at a home on Highway DD.
Timmy Pritchett, 58, of Seligman, is charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor fourth-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.
According to a probable cause statement filed by Lt. Randy Kalbaugh, with the Barry County Sheriff's Office, Pritchett and and the victim had allegedly been arguing over a Trike belonging to the victim. Pritchett then went outside and shot the Trike three times while it was loaded in a truck.
He also allegedly threatened another victim, saying he would burn down the house with her in it.
The damage was valued at $130.
Pritchett is being held in the Barry County jail on a cash-only bond of $40,000. He has been arraigned, and a disposition hearing is scheduled for April 20 at 8:30 a.m. in the courtroom of Judge Robert Foulke.
