Area players named to All-District hoops teams

Purdy, Southwest well-represented in postseason squads

The Class 2, All-District 12 hoops teams were announced recently, and they contain several local and familiar names.

For the girls, Purdy’s Layne Skiles and Sami House are representing the Lady Eagles.

On the boys’ side, Purdy’s Tyler Keeler earned First Team honors, and Hunter Cook landed on the Second Team.

Paton Clay, from Southwest, earned First Team honors.

The girls team was not divided into first and second team designations.
