39-year-old accused of forcing juvenile to perform sex acts

A Cassville man has been charged with three felonies after a juvenile reported he had forced her to perform sex acts.

Danny Brock, 39, of Cassville, is charged with first-degree statutory sodomy, first-degree child molestation and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to a probable cause report filed by Det. Danny Boyd, with the Cassville Police Department, the juvenile, less than 14 years of age, reported Brock had touched her inappropriately and forced her to touch him while wearing clear rubber gloves. The victim said the incidents occurred between five and seven times in Brock's bedroom.

Brock is being held in the Barry County Jail on a $25,000 bond. His original bond was set at $50,000, cash only, but was reduced after his arraignment.

Brock has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 27 at 1 p.m. in the courtroom of Judge Robert Foulke.
