Cassville IDC elects Gatley to board

The Cassville Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) held its annual meeting of stockholders Jan. 12. During the meeting, William ‘Stu’ Gatley was elected by stockholders to fill the expiring seat held by Dennis Ledgerwood. Ledgerwood declined to run again for the position on the board. Gatley has lived in the Cassville community since 1988 and has spent over 28 years working in management positions for Fasco Motors, Jakel Motors and is currently Business Leader for Combustion for Regal Beloit Corporation, the parent company of Fasco and Jakel. In his current role, Gately is responsible for the combustion business for the climate division of Regal. The combustion segment is a $150 million dollar business for Regal and the end markets are furnaces, water heating and hearth products. Stu, along with his wife, Debbie, own and operate Designs by Debbie Florist, Cassville Storage, SOMO Holdings and WD Holdings. Current IDC Board of Directors include: Stan Kelley, Annette Henderson, Mike McCracken and Randy Stockton.
