Bob Conard, 87, of Cassville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, at his home. He was born Feb. 28, 1929, in Lamar, Colo., the son of Iva Hazel (Henry) Conard and Jesse Frank Conard. He attended grade school through eighth grade at Lycan, Colo. He divided his time between Buckeye, Colo., where his mother owned the Buckeye Store and Granada, Colo., where his father was Mayor and barber. He married Dorothy Carter in Lamar in 1949.
He was preceded in death by his parents; five sisters, Wanona, Vera, Juanita, Fern and Alma Pearl; a brother, Frank; and a son, Jesse Bob.
Surviviors include: his children, Alena Ballinger of Tribune, Kan, Jim Conard of Mountain Home, Ark., Sharon (Conard) Dellinger of Mountain Home, Ark., and Pamela Conard of Cassville, along with grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
Memorial services were held Monday at the Mill Street Church of Christ in Cassville.
Arrangements and cremation were under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
