With Thanksgiving over, the holiday shopping season officially begun, and shoppers are running to and fro along city sidewalks to find and rush home with their treasures. Every year in November for at least 25 years, Cassville businesses host a special Open House event to kick off the Christmas shopping season, offering deals, drawings and in-store refreshments, making it a popular event.
