Jerry Kirkpatrick, left, and Colton Kirkpatrick, play a game of corn hole toss at a recent event at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation in Cassville to raise funds for their annual fireworks show. For a small donation, several activities could be enjoyed, including miniature golf, a dunking game, face painting, and drawings for door prizes. The facility raised $1,100 between the drawing and community event for its fireworks celebration. Jerry Kirkpatrick, whose wife works as a Med Tech at the facility, had several members of his family help out at the event, and their church, Roaring River Baptist in Eagle Rock, donated time and resources.
