A Matter of Balance class graduates

Central Crossing Senior Center in Shell Knob hosted A Matter of Balance class for seniors in an effort to prevent injuries due to falls. The class consisted of eight two-hour sessions and included class instruction by Marissa Andrews, Senior Center Administrator from Nixa, with assistance from Mercy Physical Therapy Services.
