Band students compete in District, State music festivals

Students from the Cassville High School Band recently competed in the MSHSAA sponsored District and State Music Festivals, bringing home five top ratings.

Students prepare solos and ensembles to play for judges who assign ratings for their performance. Performers are rated from one through five, with one being the highest rating a student can achieve, qualifying those students for the State music festival held at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

District Music Festival results are as follows:
