Karen Stodola, 72, of Cassville, passed away in her home on Sunday, March 27, 2016. She was born on Sept. 26, 1943, daughter of Alfred and Ellen (Tuttle) Adams, in Webster City, Iowa. In 1977, she was united in marriage to Theodore "Ron" Stodola in Marshalltown, Iowa, and he survives.
Additional survivors include: two daughters, Kathleen Swaim and her husband, Greg, of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Kelly Lewis and her husband, Mark, of Rogers, Ark.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Goodman, of Yreka, Calif.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Marvin Donald Summers on Jan. 25, 1995.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, at the White Funeral Home and Crematory with Chaplin Jack Betts officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
A private family burial will be held at St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery in Rogers, Ark., on a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory.
