Nancy Lee Naas
Nancy Lee Naas, 75, passed away on Jan. 30, 2016, at the Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born on May 22, 1940, in Ottawa, Ill., daughter of Edgar and Mary Ella (Hoxsey) Dolder. She was united in marriage to Donald Naas on Feb. 11, 1961, in Serena, Ill. They moved to Holiday Island 22 years ago. She was a member and officer of the Abendschone Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution; she was also a member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. She was a charter member of the Holiday Island Community Church, where she served as secretary for many years.
Survivors include: her husband, Don, of Holiday Island, Ark.; her son, Robert Naas and his wife, Barbara, of Fort Collins, Colo.; her daughter, Lisa (Naas) Alsaker and her husband, Marshal, of Maple Grove, Minn.; three grandchildren; and her brothers, Gary Dolder and his wife, Joan, of Homosassa, Fla., and Dan Dolder, of Casper, Wyo.
A memorial service was held Tuesday at the Holiday Island Community Church.
