Paulina Mae Mattingly

Paulina Mae Mattingly, 76, of Monett, passed away on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, while staying at Lacoba Homes in Monett. She was born in Monett on Aug., 17, 1939, the daughter of the late Bert and Ethel Bea (Simpson) Lansdown. She was united in marriage on March 9, 1963, in Monett to Jimmie Dale Mattingly; he preceded her in death on Sept. 25, 1995.

She was a homemaker, a member of the Community Faith Chapel in Cassville and a high school graduate.

Survivors include: one son: Eric Mattingly, of Monett; one daughter: Karen Taylor, of Purdy; one brother: Paul Lansdown, of Monett; one sister: Marie Amos, of Republic; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Friday at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Butterfield with Rev. Doyle Russell and Rev. Jimmie Copley officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the Community Faith Chapel in Cassville.

Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett.
