Vehicle goes off curve, hits tree stump

Three people were injured Wednesday night in a wreck at 11:40 p.m. on Route DD, 1.5 miles west of Seligman.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Alisa Main, 42, of Seligman, was driving a 2014 Kia Soul eastbound on Route DD when her vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway and struck a tree stump.

Main suffered minor injuries and was transported by EMS to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. Two passengers in the vehicle, Jimmie Main, 45, of Seligman, and Shelly Martin, 40, of Garfield, Ark., also suffered minor injuries and were transported to Northwest Medical Center.

Alisa Main was wearing a safety device, while Jimmie Main and Martin were not. Damage to the vehicle was extensive.
