Purdy Elementary students bring holiday cheer in program

Purdy Elementary School students sang and performed at a special holiday program presented Thursday night in the elementary school gym. The elementary classes assembled on risers and on the stage, most dressed in pajamas, for their musical numbers. Many waved to family as the various groups took their places. Purdy Elementary School students sang and performed at a special holiday program presented Thursday night in the elementary school gym.

The Eagle Echoes, the after-school choir of fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders under director Samantha Burt, opened the Purdy Elementary School Christmas program on Thursday with "Winter is a Marshmellow World."
