Jennifer A. Dougherty

Jennifer A. Dougherty, 42, of Cassville, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. She was born on Aug. 25, 1973, in Omaha, Neb., daughter of Lawrence and Joyce (Hert) Kleidosty. She was a 1991 graduate of Omaha South High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Dougherty on May 22, 1993, in Omaha, Neb. She worked as a phlebotomist for 18 years before enrolling into the Nursing Program at Crowder College in Cassville, graduating in 2010. She worked as a registered nurse at the Mercy Hospital in Cassville, as well as Oxford Home Health Care. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include: her husband of 22 years, Robert, of Cassville; her son, Liam Dougherty, of the home; her mother, Joyce Kleidosty, of Omaha, Neb.; two brothers, Jerry Kleidosty and his wife, Robyn, of Omaha, Neb., and Daniel Kleidosty, of Omaha; one sister, Susan Anglim, of Cassville; and her father and mother-in-law, Robert and Kathy Dougherty, of Golden. She was preceded in death by her father

Memorial contributions may be made to her son, Liam Dougherty, and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory, P.O. Box 890, Cassville, MO 65625.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on today (Wednesday) at the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, with Rev. Paul McLoughlin, Celebrant.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville.
