Washburn, Seligman residents hurt after Hwy. 76 wreck

Two women suffered injuries Tuesday after their vehicle struck a deer at about 9:03 p.m. on Highway 76, four miles west of Exeter.

According to a Missouri state Highway Patrol report, Pamela Broyles, 43, of Washburn, was driving a 2013 Dodge Journey when her vehicle struck a deer in the roadway.

Broyles and a passenger, Sandra Skelton, 66, of Seligman, each suffered minor injuries and were both transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Cassville.

Both were wearing safety devices, and the vehicle suffered moderate damage.
