OACAC foster grandparent program seeks volunteers

The Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation Foster Grandparent Program is seeking volunteers to work with children at schools, daycares, Head Start Centers, and youth centers in their community.

Volunteers receive a nutritious meal each day, annual physical exams, accident/liability insurance, and fellowship. Additional benefits for those meeting income guidelines include an hourly, non-taxable stipend, reimbursement for travel, holiday pay, and funeral, sick 
and annual leave.

OACAC is a non-profit agency which provides services and assistance to income eligible families and individuals living in Southwest Missouri. The Foster Grandparent Program is a nationwide volunteer program for seniors.
