Edwin Dean "Andy" Andrews
Edwin Dean "Andy" Andrews, 85, of Shell Knob, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, in Autumn Hill Nursing Home, Berryville, Ark.
He was born June 18, 1930, in Liberal, Kan., the son of Edwin Delbert and Zada Marqueriete (Farnam) Andrews who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his first wife, Pauline; three sisters; one brother; one son Bradd Honeyman and one granddaughter.
He graduated high school in Liberal, Kan. He later became a pipe liner working for different companies including Koch Industries, where he was a pipeline supervisor.
On Oct. 26, 1990, in Alexandria, La., he married Patricia Flo (Hensley) who survives.
Additional survivors include: one daughter, Candace Ater, of Flagstaff, Ariz.; three sons, Randy P. Andrews and his wife, Mary, of Ponca City, Okla., Michael Patrick Honeyman, of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Daniel Honeyman and his wife, Suzanne, of Mounds, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Shell Knob, and the Knights of Columbus.
Memorial services were held Friday in Holy Family Catholic Church, Shell Knob, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Father John Braun conducted the services.
