Bertha Pippin, 84, of Seligman, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015, in her home.
She was born June 11, 1930, in Shell Knob, the daughter of J.C. "Curly" and Elsie Mary Jane (Epperly) Cooper. On July 20, 1954, in Cassville, she was united in marriage to Floyd E. "Slick" Pippin, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Michael Pippin, of Seligman; one daughter, Brenda Hardcastle, of Washburn; one brother, J.C. Cooper and his wife, Sue, of Pierce City; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; one sister, Hilma Bowman and a grandson.
She was a 1949 graduate of Cassville High School. She spent her life as a dairy farmer and milked until 1995.
Funeral services will be held Sunday in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Bob Scott conducted the services. Burial was at King Cemetery, Seligman.
