Bruce Fredrick Lindstrom
Bruce Fredrick Lindstrom, 74, of Shell Knob, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, in Shell Knob.
He was born Feb. 24, 1941, in Duluth, Minn., the son of Kenneth and Margaret (Anderson) Lindstrom. On June 17, 1972, in Omaha, Neb., he was united in marriage to Jean Nelson, who survives.
Additional survivors include: five sons, Stephen Lindstrom and his wife, Tracy Dee, of Esko, Minn., Tim Lindstrom, of Aurora, Colo., Treigh Lindstrom and his wife, Rayme, of Liberty, Christian Lindstrom and his wife, Linda, of Virginia Beach, Va., and Kevin Lindstrom of Duluth, Minn.; his identical twin brother, Basil Lindstrom and his wife, Evelyn, of Littleton, Colo.; one sister, Diane Million, of Duluth, Minn., and six grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother-in-law, Wayne Million.
He received his education in Duluth, Minn., where he graduated from high school and attended the University of Minnesota. He served in the National Guard. Most of his life was spent as a retail manager for Shopco and Pamida. In 2011, he moved to Shell Knob to make his home. He was a member of Central Community United Methodist Church. Memorial services will be held the first part of September in Northern Minnesota.Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob.
