31-year-old charged with felony indecent exposure

A Rockaway Beach man, who was arrested in Greene County in mid-March, faces a charge in Barry County of felony sexual misconduct, involving a girl under 14, by indecent exposure.

Harry S. Wilson, 31, was booked in the Barry County Jail on March 16.

On March 17, Wilson was arraigned at the Barry County Judicial Center. He has a disposition hearing at 8:30 a.m. April 9 before Judge Robert Foulke.

During the middle of July, Wilson allegedly committed the indecent exposure at a residence in Cape Fair, according to a probable cause statement from Lt. Terry Meek, of the Barry County Sheriff's Office.

The Barry County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Wilson with the Class D felony on Dec. 31.

Wilson remains in the Barry County Jail with cash-only bond set at $20,000.
