Man allegedly sent lewd cell phone photos to a 13-year-old girl
An Exeter man has been accused of allegedly sending lewd cell phone pictures of himself to a 13-year-old girl.
The Barry County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has charged Dakota Dunham, 22, with sexual misconduct involving a child by indecent exposure, a class D felony.
Dunham allegedly sent the pictures to the girl on at least one occasion between Feb. 28 and March 3, according to a probable cause statement from Brian Martin, officer with the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force.
On Thursday, Dunham was arraigned in the Barry County Judicial Center. His disposition hearing is at 9 a.m. March 26 in the courtroom of Judge Robert Foulke.
Dunham remains in the Barry County Jail with cash-only bond set at $20,000.
