Hazel Mae Hoffman, 70, of Jenkins, passed away Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, in Lacoba Nursing Home, Monett.

She was born March 24, 1944, in Denison, Texas, the daughter of Ernest and Gladys (Stubbs) Holman. On July 22, 1966, in Dinuba, Calif., she was united in marriage to Jerry Hoffman, who survives. Additional survivors include; three sons, Jerry Hoffman, Jr. and his wife, Christie, of Exeter, Lee Hoffman, of the home and Myron G. Hoffman and his wife, Shawna, of Monett; one brother, Ernest Holman and his wife, Kathy, of Reedley, Calif.; three sisters, Mary Hoffman, of Fresno, Calif., Carol Riley and her husband, Stanford, of Clearwater, Fla., and Shirley Paderson and her husband, Mike, of Walnut Creek, Calif.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

She was a graduate of Reedley High School, in Reedley, Calif. Thirty-six years ago, she moved to Missouri to make her home.

Graveside services were held Monday in Gunter Cemetery, Butterfield, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Jerry Nickle conducted the services.
