Faylena Altha Wilson, 83, of Shell Knob, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, at the Roaring River Rehab Center, Cassville. She was born on Feb. 16, 1931, on the family farm in Shell Knob to Thomas and Mary Ellen (Wilson) Hadlow.

She was a lifelong resident Shell Knob and attended the Fairview District #76 rural school in the Shell Knob area. On May 27, 1949, she was united in marriage to Leonard Wilson in Alma, Neb.; he preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 1996. She worked for MWM Color Press Publishing in Aurora before retiring after 15 years. She attended Bridgeway Assembly of God Church in Shell Knob.

Survivors include: three daughters, Carolyn Williamson, of Springfield, Myrna Bray and her husband, Bob, of Shell Knob, and Barbara Tolbert, of Cassville; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Graveside services were held on Saturday at the Painter Cemetery, Shell Knob, with Pastor Jamie Smith officiating. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of White Funeral Home & Crematory, Cassville.
