2 teenagers taken to Cox South in Springfield

A pair of teenage girls were injured Saturday in an all-terrain vehicle wreck on Walleye Road, four miles north of Golden.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Alison Celaya, 16, of Nevada, was driving a 2004 Shengqieo ATV, with Cheyene Broyles, 15, of Lebanon, riding as a passenger. The report said Celaya lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn and eject the two girls.

Broyles suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield by Aircare. Celaya suffered minor injuries and was also taken to Cox South, but by ambulance.
