V. Louise Good passed away Sept.8, 2014, at Red Rose Inn, Cassville.
She was born Nov. 1, 1923, in Cassville to Cora Ann and J. Kirk Douthitt, of Butterfield. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Albert Douthitt, Frank Douthitt; sisters, Laveta Balmas, Beulah Utter, Opal Noble, Marjorie Hall, Ruby Roller, Ruth Porter, Mary Margaret Douthitt, and Mona Jeanne Ray; husbands, Johnny Dee Henley, Don Parsons and Al Good.
She was a lifelong Southern Baptist and a member of First Baptist Church, Purdy, at the time of her passing. Her work years were spent with her first husband, Johnny Dee and together they owned and operated Nifty Cleaners in Cassville. For years, she worked for the State of Missouri as a social worker in the Division of Family Services.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, in Russell Cemetery, Butterfield, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rev. Tony Martin will conduct the services.
