Purdy school construction nears completion

The final phase of the project involves installation of decorative metal panels on the gym entrance exterior and interior vestibule. BELOW: Three weeks before school opened in Purdy, construction crews worked steadily to complete improvements in the cafeteria and the hallway between the high school gym and the elementary wing. Steve Orsmby, from Wilkerson Commercial Flooring in Springfield, wheeled in a load of tile for the cafeteria floor while, Mary Nunley fourth grade teacher, crossed the construction zone on the way to prepare her classroom for the coming year.
