Dusty Reed, left, director of facilities and operations, and Coy Dalton, Cassville High School assistant principal, listen to Richard Asbill, superintendent of Cassville Schools, as he describes work being completed in the Rock Gym on the school district's main campus. The building is undergoing multiple renovations, including changes to the front office and the installation of a new gym floor, after a water main break in January damaged the building. Ted Hutchens, with Kenmar Construction of Springfield, removes old pieces of the wall on the second floor of the Rock Gym. The old storage area's wall is being removed to allow for the boardroom ceiling to be raised. The work is part of renovations to the Rock Gym being handled by CTS Group at a total cost of $374,065, which includes upgrades to the boardroom, the gym and to security.
