Scott Tech introduces InDesign course; Online class allows participants to study at their own pace

Wednesday, June 4, 2014

Scott Tech Community Education has introduced a new online course, Introduction to InDesign.

Participants will learn how to use Adobe InDesign, the industry-standard desktop publishing software now available through the Creative Cloud. Students will get hands-on experience designing and creating letterhead, business cards, brochures, forms, interactive PDF files and eBooks.

This course is part of Scott Tech's catalog of more than 300 instructor-facilitated online courses.

Students have the flexibility to study at their own pace, with enough structure and support to complete the course. Students can access the classroom anytime from anywhere with an Internet connection.

New sessions of each course run every month. They last six weeks, with two new lessons being released weekly, for a total of 12. The courses are entirely Web-based with comprehensive lessons, quizzes and assignments. A professional instructor facilitates every course, pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions.
