Loretta K. "Lori" Cantwell
Loretta K. "Lori" Cantwell, 45, of Wheaton, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014, in Mercy Hospital, Cassville.
She was born Jan. 25, 1969, in Neosho, the daughter of James and Pat (Bradford) Savage. On July 2, 1988, she was united in marriage to Kevin Cantwell, who survives. Additional survivors include: two sons, Cody Cantwell, of Springfield, and Chase Cantwell, of Wheaton; her parents, James and Pat Savage, of Exeter; one brother, Jim Savage and his wife, Ronda, of Exeter; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Lana Cantwell, of Cassville; and a sister-in-law, Krisi Parker and her husband, Johnny, of Republic
Preceding her in death were her grandparents.
She received her education at Exeter and was the salutatorian of the Exeter High School graduating Class of 1987. After school, she worked for Tom Cardin, then for Walmart and also Barry County Abstract for a few years. Twenty years ago, she began working at the Barry County Courthouse as the Court Recorder. She was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church at Wheaton, where she served as the nursery director.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Family Life Center, Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastors Scott Mitchell and Donnie Spears will conduct the services. Burial will be at Washburn Prairie Cemetery, Washburn.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
