Shell Knob welcomes new business; C of C holds ribbon cutting for Hootenanny's

The Shell Knob Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting for a new business, Hootenanny's in Shell Knob on Thursday.

Chamber board members and community members met at noon in the center of Timberoc Village to welcome this new business.

Stevie Hooten is the local manager and has played a role in the renovation of the old Garcia's building in Timberoc Village. Items sold include RV parts, coffee pots, high-pressure washers, bedding, gaming systems, electronic tablets, and high-definition televisions.

The store is open six days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The store can be reached by phone at 417-858-3015.
