Judge Goodman accepts award for 39th Judicial Circuit

On behalf of the 39th Judicial Circuit, Presiding Judge Jack Goodman accepted the Permanency Award, presented by Supreme Court Chief Justice Mary R. Russell during a special ceremony on Feb. 27 at the Judicial Leadership Summit in Lake Ozark. This is the third time the 39th circuit, which includes Barry, Lawrence and Stone counties, has received the Permanency Award for holding timely hearings.
