Michael Dewayne "Mike" Periman, 44, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, in Lebanon.
He was born Oct. 8, 1969, in Barry County, the son of Chester and Mary (Bickford) Periman. On July 31, 1998, he was united in marriage to Angela Brown, who survives.
Additional survivors include: his two daughters, Madison Periman, of Mt. Vernon, and Melissa Smiley, of Wheaton; three sons, Sloan Williams and Brayden Williams, both of Mt. Vernon, and Enoch Wilson, of Aurora; his mother, Mary Skelton, of Cassville; three brothers, Roger Periman, of Cassville, James Periman, of Pineville, and Kenney Periman, of Cassville; five sisters, Treva Johnson, of Berryville, Ark., Vivian Nickles, of Springdale, Ark., Sandra Hicks, of Pineville, Alice George, of Springdale, Ark., and Janice Smith, of Rogers, Ark.; He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Periman.
He received his education in Cassville. He was employed for Continental Manufacturing in Mt. Vernon, where he was a master welder and was currently working in Lebanon. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon.
Graveside services were held Friday at Mineral Springs Cemetery, in Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Pastor Doyle Russell conducted the services.
