The Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce held the 10th Annual Chocolate Lovers Festival on Feb. 15, and two Exeter women won top honors for their cakes.

Jenny Thomas and Sherry Tucker, both of Exeter, entered the Professional Cake Decorating competition and won first and second place.

Thomas, of J&S Bakery, took second place in the competition with her cake, "Spring in the Ozarks," and Tucker, of SHERRYcakes, took first place with her cake, "Steampunk Heart Factory."

All cake and dessert entries were then sold by silent auction. Exeter resident, Kirk Wynns held the high bid for both cakes. Wynns donated Tucker's cake to the librarians at the Barry/Lawrence County Library in Cassville, and gave Thomas' cake to his daughter and grandkids.
