Richard C. Harrison, 74, of Cassville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, in his home.
He was born Jan. 26, 1939, in St. Paul, Minn., the son of Carter and Genevieve (Einberger) Harrison. On April 11, 1959, he was united in marriage to Mary Catherine Schilling, who survives.
Additional survivors include: two sons, Rick Harrison, of Menomonie, Wis., and Bill Harrison and his wife, Shonali, of Chaska, Minn.; two daughters, Lorie Harrison, of Chetek, Wis., and Beth Killion and her husband Larry Williams, of Cassville; three brothers, Frank Harrison, Bobby Harrison and Roger Harrison, all of Minn.; three sisters, Betty Stoffel and Barbara Williamson, both of St. Paul, Minn., and Shirley Smith, of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Kenneth.
He grew up and received his education in St. Paul, Minn., where he graduated from high school. He served two years in the U.S. Army. Most of his life he worked as a printer for Brown and Bigelow in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1992, he moved to Cassville to make his home. He was a member of the Catholic Church.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
