Tommy Still, 77, of Wheaton, passed away Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, in his home.
He was born Jan. 26, 1936, in Joplin, the son of E.A. and Mary E. (Smith) Still. On Nov. 16, 1962, in Cassville, he was united in marriage to Ruby (Utter) who survives.
Also surviving is one sister, Wanda Guerrero, of Wichita, Kan.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister Edith Maloney.
He received his education at Exeter. On Dec. 13, 1955, he joined the U.S. Navy, serving until Nov. 13, 1959. Most of his life was spent in the Wheaton area, where he was employed as a mechanic for Bill Martin.
He was a member of Wheaton Southern Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Thursday in McQueen Funeral Home, Wheaton. Pastor Paul Wahlert conducted the services. Burial with military honors was at Muncie Chapel Cemetery, Wheaton.
