Bruce William Tiggemann

Bruce William Tiggemann, 60, of Shell Knob, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, in his home.

He was born June 1, 1953, in St. Louis City, Missouri, the son of Burtis William and Veronica May "Ronnie" (Lubiewski) Tiggemann. On Nov. 20, 2010, in Shell Knob, he was united in marriage to Karen Louise Becker, who survives.

Also surviving include: two daughters, Lori Hennen and her fiance, Cory Swafford, of Moscow Mills, and Angela Barrett and her husband, Kenneth, of St. Peters; two stepsons, Michael Feldmann and his wife, Jessica, of Wayne, Neb., and Nathan Feldmann and his wife, Cahleen, of Evanston, Ill.; one sister, Diana Snyder and her husband, Joseph, of Liberty; and five grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

He grew up and received his education in St. Louis, where he graduated high school from Lutheran High School North. He was a self-employed carpenter, working all kinds of construction. He was a very active member of Central Crossing First Responders and Fire Department.

He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Shell Knob, where funeral services were held Saturday under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Shell Knob. Rev. Brian Chisamore conducted the services. Burial was at Lake Park Memorial Gardens, Shell Knob.
