Harvey Lee Wolfe
Harvey Lee Wolfe, 70, of Eagle Rock, passed away Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield.
He was born Aug. 23, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas, the son of Gay and Katherine (Wiist) Wolfe. He received his education in North Little Rock, Ark., where he graduated from high school and attended the University of Arkansas earning a bachelor's degree in business. On Aug. 1, 1970, in Fayetteville, Ark., he was united in marriage to Barbara Blume. For 27 years, he was employed as a merchandise manager for Joslins, a division of Mercantile Corporation, in Denver, Colo. In 2002, he retired and moved from Denver to Eagle Rock. After moving to this area, he was employed at Wildcat Rental for several years and worked as the water manager for Chain O Lakes Village.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include: his wife, Barbara; a son, Everett Wolfe and his wife, Baylee, of Denver, Colo.; one daughter, Jacinda Wolfe, of Cassville; a sister, Kathy Parks and her husband, Richard, of Benton, Ark., and two grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the family home, 27216 Walnut Dr., Eagle Rock, in Chain O Lakes Village.
Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
