Cassville teen injured in crash

A Cassville teen was injured in a single-vehicle crash at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 on Highway 76 about three miles east of Cassville.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when the driver of a 1998 Dodge Ram pickup, Kendal K. Burbridge, 16, of Cassville, ran off the left side of the road, struck a tree and overturned.

Burbridge was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Cassville with moderate injuries.

Other wrecks

* A Seligman teen was injured in a vehicle-pedestrian wreck at 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20 on East Roller Ridge about a tenth of a mile east of Seligman. The wreck occurred when the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, Philip L. Carpenter, 60, of Seligman, struck Ryan Lawson, 16, of Seligman, as he was walking on the south edge of the roadway. Lawson was taken to Mercy Hospital in Cassville for treatment of minor injuries.

* A Crane woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17 on Farm Road 2021, about four miles north of Reavisville. The crash occurred when the driver of a 2008 Chevrolet HHR, Theresa M. Estberg, 40, of Crane, crossed the center line and struck a 2013 Ford Edge, driven bu Margaret R. Fare, 59, of Aurora. Estberg was taken to Mercy Hospital in Aurora with minor injuries.

* A Rogers, Ark., child was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 5:50 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18 on Highway F about eight miles east of Cassville. The crash occurred when the driver of a 1998 Kia, Brandy S. Jung, 38, of Berryville, Ark., started to skid on wet pavement and crossed the center line, striking a 2000 Dodge Caravan, driven by Anna M. Delgado-Delott, 30, of Rogers, Ark. A passenger in the Delgado-Delott vehicle, Anna Lott, 9, sustained minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Cassville for treatment.
