Flonnie Alene Henry
Flonnie Alene Henry, 77, of Exeter, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, in Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
She was born Dec. 26, 1935, in Washburn, the daughter of Albert F. "Cotton" and Eva E. (Paul) Walden. On June 26, 1954, she was united in marriage to Willie Ray "Bill" Henry, who preceded her in death on April 30, 2013. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Ricky Henry and one sister, Bonnie Pendergraft.
Survivors include: one son, Marty Henry and his wife, Kathy, of Cassville; one daughter, Debbie Henry, of Exeter; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and an aunt, Vada Cox, of Tulsa, Okla.
She grew up and received her education at Washburn, graduating from Southwest High School. She had worked at Cassville School for a while and then was employed at Boatman Bank and recently at Security Bank. She was a member of Exeter Church of Christ.
Graveside services were held Friday at Maplewood Cemetery, Exeter, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville. Rick Hendrix conductrd the services.
