Greg L. Wilkins
Greg L. Wilkins, 62, of Seligman, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, in Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Ark.
He was born April 16, 1951, in Joplin, the son of James L. and Norma J. (Mahan) Wilkins. On Feb. 27, 2011, in Seligman, he was united in marriage to Donna Gale, who survives.
Additional survivors include: one son, Harley Joe Wilkins, of Fairview; two daughters, Fawn Armour-Jones, of Commerce, Okla.; and Rachelle Wilkins Gutierrez, of Commerce, Okla.; one brother, Gary Wilkins, of Seneca; one sister, Debra Mitchell, of Neosho; and seven grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister, Brenda Wilkins.
He grew up in Seneca, and attended Frog Pond Grade School and Seneca High School. From July 10, 1970, to Jan. 5, 1973, he served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He moved from Seneca to Seligman 20 years ago to make his home. He was a self-employed upholsterer and was a member of New Beginnings Ministries in Seligman.
Services with military honors were held Tuesday, in Seligman New Beginnings Ministries. Pastor Joe Pride conducted the services.
Cremation arrangements were under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville.
