Enter to win a 1972 Chevy Nova

One lucky winner will take home a 1972 Chevy Nova SS clone following the annual Chili Cook-off in Cassville on Saturday, Oct. 26.

The car has been donated to the 39th Circuit Drug/DWI Courts, which includes Barry, Lawrence and Stone counties, and Faith Christian Family Academy of Excellence in Eureka Springs, Ark., by Phil Hutchens, of Hutchens Construction Company, in Cassville.

The car features a 355 cubic inch engine with a 350 turbo automatic trans- mission. It also boasts a 373 positrac 10-bolt rear end, manual locks and windows, disk front and drum rear brakes and only has 27,640 miles on the odometer.

Tickets are $5 each and available from participants and team members of the Drug/DWI Courts in each county. Tickets may also be purchased at the Law Offices of Michael Riehn, the Cassville Democrat and Hutchens Construction Company. In addition, Nancy Foulke, probation and parole officer, and Marty Stearns, Drug Court coordinator, will be selling tickets and will be available to offer more information on the car and drug court.

The Nova will also be on display at the Demolition Derby, which begins at 7 pm. On Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Bill Hailey Arena in Cassville. Tickets will be available from Rotary members that night.
