Larry Dale Hall
Larry Dale Hall, age 73, of Aurora, Missouri, formerly of Cassville, Missouri, passed away at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at his home. He was born December 18, 1939, the son of the late Bert L. and Cynthia Jane (Smith) Hall.
In June of 1959 Larry married Alma Jean Clevenger. She preceded him in death following childbirth. Their two infant daughters preceded him in death as well. On December 6, 1968, he married Margaret Alice Hilton and to this union one son, Curt Hall was born on February 8, 1970. They survive him of the home.
Larry was a 1959 graduate of Aurora High School and attended the Elm Branch Christian Church. He worked as a parts man for Leitle's Carquest for 30 plus years, and thoroughly loved working cattle on his farm. He enjoyed camping and fishing at Roaring River and over 20 years of family reunions held there.
In addition to his parents, first wife and infant daughters, one brother, Loren Bert Hall also preceded him in death.
Additional survivors include: two grandsons, Brayden and Kannon Hall, two brothers, Harry Hall and his wife, Betty, of Lexington, Kentucky and Sam Hall and his wife, Joyce, of Aurora; one sister, Becky Benz and her husband, Malford, of Monett; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at the Elm Branch Christian Church with Pastor David Martin officiating. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mercy Hospice or the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
