SUPPORT GROUP: Anyone who is concerned about a friend's or loved one's drinking is invited to attend the Cassville Al-Anon Family Group, which meets at 8 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Cassville.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Shell Knob Chamber of Commerce will host its 38th annual Fire and Thunder Fireworks Show over Table Rock Lake. The show will begin at around 9:30 a.m.

SPECIAL EVENT: The Wheaton Fire Department will host The Black Moods in concert beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Wheaton City Park. Fireworks will immediately follow the show. Admission is free.

SPECIAL EVENT: A Freedom and Fireworks event will be held at Monett's South Park beginning at 11 a.m. Activities and entertainment will be offered throughout the day with fire- works at dusk.

Friday, July 5

SPECIAL EVENT: The Eagle Rock-Golden-Mano Fire Department will host its annual Fired Up and Smokin' fireworks show at dusk over the Highway 86 bridge on Table Rock Lake in Eagle Rock.

BARBECUE: The Eagle Rock-Golden-Mano Fire Department will host its annual Fourth of July barbecue beginning at 11 a.m. at the Eagle Rock Fire Station.

BLOOD DRIVE: Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Fairview Mennonite School on Highway HH.

SPECIAL EVENT: The City of Seligman and the Seligman Chamber of Commerce will host a Fourth of July Celebration beginning at 6 p.m. at the Seligman Community Building.

PROGRAM: An Indiana Jones movie will be shown at the Shell Knob Library at 2:30 p.m.
